The app will detect your location upon your permission and display the nearest charging station at the map in the app homepage.

How to find out the current availability of charging stations?

Users can view the available charging spaces for each charging station on the 'Charging Station Locations' page. (The numbers are for reference only, please check the actual availability.)

In map mode, users can swipe left or right or click on the charging stations on the map to view their available charging spaces.
Users can also switch to the list view to see information on all the Jove charging stations.

Where can I download the “Jove” Mobile App?

For iOS User:
You can download by searching “Jove" on App Stor or by clicking the link below.

How to initiate charging?

To initiate charging process:

1. Plug in conector.
2. Press "Start Charging".
3. Scan the charger QR code or input charger ID.
4. Make sure the charger is correct and slide to trigger the charging.
5. You may see the charging is proceeding and information will be shown accordingly. (Battery capacity won't be shown under AC charging)
How to stop charging?
1. To stop charging, please click the 'Stop Charging and Pay' button in the app.
2. After the charging is complete and payment is made, the page will display the transaction information for this charging session.
3. Users can also open the bill to view the detailed information of this charging session.
What should I do if the QR code is damaged / cannot be scanned?

Please select “enter the charger ID” and enter charger ID the underneath the QR code and proceed

We currently support Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay.

How is the charging fee determined?

Charging fees vary between charging stations and chargers. For details, please refer to the charging plan:

Unable to start charging

Please unplug the charger and reconnect, or try with another charger.
If the issue is not solved, please contact on-site staff for assistance.

Charging session stopped unexpectedly

Please rescan the charger QR Code and click “Start Charging”.
If the issue persists, please unplug the charger and reconnect, or try with another charger.

Unable to stop charging

If charging cannot be stopped through the app, please try to initiate through the car side.

・Try to press the unlock button on the key fob first.
・Press the stop charging button in the car’s infotainment system.

Cannot unplug the charger form the charger

Please unlock your vehicle again first to make sure the doors are not locked. If the issue is not solved, please try the following ways:

.Push the charging gun forward as much as possible, then pull it back.
.Press the unlock charger button in the car’s infotainment system.
.Open the trunk and search for the manual release cable, which is usually located in the upholstery or just behind the charging point.

Sign up a Jove account

After installing the app, open it and select the "Sign Up" or "Register" option. Provide the required information:

.Phone number
.Email
.License plate number

Once you've filled in the details, tap on "Create Account" to complete the registration process.

Where to check charging record?
1. After entering the account and settings, click on 'Usage Activity'.
2. Select the record you want to view.
3. Upon opening the record, users can view the details of that activity.
I cannot register my license plate number.

Please check if the phone number was register before, or check the license plate is correctly inter. Please refer to the error message for details.

I forget the password.

Login account does not require password, you can log in using OTP (One Time Password) received via SMS.

I can’t receive the SMS.

Please tap the “Resend” button.

How to update/ change my personal information?

Please go to “Account and Setting” to modify the new information.
