Charger Location
The app will detect your location upon your permission and display the nearest charging station at the map in the app homepage.
Users can view the available charging spaces for each charging station on the 'Charging Station Locations' page. (The numbers are for reference only, please check the actual availability.)

Get started with Jove
To initiate charging process:
Please select “enter the charger ID” and enter charger ID the underneath the QR code and proceed
Fees and Payments
We currently support Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay.
Charging fees vary between charging stations and chargers. For details, please refer to the charging plan:

Technical Support
Please unplug the charger and reconnect, or try with another charger.
If the issue is not solved, please contact on-site staff for assistance.
Please rescan the charger QR Code and click “Start Charging”.
If the issue persists, please unplug the charger and reconnect, or try with another charger.
If charging cannot be stopped through the app, please try to initiate through the car side.
・Try to press the unlock button on the key fob first.
・Press the stop charging button in the car’s infotainment system.
Please unlock your vehicle again first to make sure the doors are not locked. If the issue is not solved, please try the following ways:
.Push the charging gun forward as much as possible, then pull it back.
.Press the unlock charger button in the car’s infotainment system.
.Open the trunk and search for the manual release cable, which is usually located in the upholstery or just behind the charging point.
Account
After installing the app, open it and select the "Sign Up" or "Register" option. Provide the required information:
.Phone number
.Email
.License plate number
Once you've filled in the details, tap on "Create Account" to complete the registration process.
Please check if the phone number was register before, or check the license plate is correctly inter. Please refer to the error message for details.
Login account does not require password, you can log in using OTP (One Time Password) received via SMS.
Please tap the “Resend” button.
Please go to “Account and Setting” to modify the new information.
